Default Need help having fun with my mesmer :)

I'm trying to build a build based on interrupts and damage. I though of using VoR, archane echo and Cry of Pain but which other skills should I use? I'm a big fan of big damage and interupts.

Sorry for the repeats

I don't have "By Ural's Hammer" yet, nor any eotn skill so far.

try Empathy and Backfire with VoR. That way you can take down both casters and melee-ers with ease (Vor and empathy for melee-ers, or Vor and Backfire for casters. Be sure to give yourself a skill or two to get your energy back.

I find that [visions of regret][backfire][empathy][cry of frustration][leech signet][power drain][utility slot][hard rez] works well...it allows you to deal large amounts of damage to 1-2 targets, and at the same time, interrupt a few large spells for energy management (and damage reduction).

You could also add [cry of pain] in the place of [cry of frustration], or even put it in the utility slot.

In terms of damage and interupts with little worrying about energy Empathy, Ether Nightmare, Arcane Echo, Cry of Pain, Glyph of lesser energy, and Lyssa's Aura works really well. Then in terms of optionals you can bring Cry of Frustration, Power spike or backfire depending on your preferences, and a res sig or any other skill you'd like as your 8th.

You might also want to include Power Return on your bar for spamming interrupts at critical times. The potential increase to the foe's power bar is greatly offset by forcing a skill to recharge.

Hmm, i've got a other build, If you take the 3 necros. You should get Discord way on them. Then use the following build:

[assassin's promise][empathy]["you move like a dwarf!"][guilt][cry of pain][ebon vanguard assassin support][arcane echo][resurrection signet].

It is a quiet nice build. You just need to use:
1.[arcane echo]
2.[ebon vanguard assassin support]
3.[ebon vanguard assassin support]
4.[assassin's promise]

That is the main of the build. If you got a melee enemy you use [empathy]. If you have a caster enemy you use [guilt]. After that you can use [cry of pain] for a interrupt.

If you like illusion magic more you could use this version:

[assassin's promise][ether nightmare][conjure nightmare][accumulated pain][shrinking armor][ether signet][ether feast][sunspear rebirth signet]

Just hexes in the beginning.

**Alert ** ** Alert **
[accumulated pain] WONT work if you're enemy doesnt have 2 hexes or more. The best is to use Conjure Nightmare then Shrinking armor. If you have a splitted up mob it aint smart to use Ether nightmare. You better could to that at the beginning as start attack. So the whole group have degeneration.

Good luck!
